Engagement Sessions are super fun, they help couples get comfortable in front of the camera, but I also get to find out more about them, and draw out their personalities and special interests whilst keeping everything casual and focused on them. Its the perfect thing to take up from a photographer if they offer it as part of their wedding packages because it help you get ready for what to expect on the wedding day. Here are some of my favorites from the 2016 Year!
Sofia and Brad's NYC Adventure
Sofia and Brad LIVE in NYC, so what better environment to do their Engagements than in the Big City itself with its hustle and its architecture and everything that it has to offer. We explored Roosevelt Island, went to Central Park and to Brooklyn Bridge Park and ended the day with the skyline. It was quite the adventure, I can't wait to do another one!

Katie and Cam's Troy NY Engagement
Katie and Cameron both love rural landscape settings AND Urban Landscape Textures, so we combined the two to really capture their flirtatiousness, their love and dedication for each other, and of course, their willingness to find the perfect middle ground.

Angela and Steve's Albany NY Engagement
I LOVE quirky, since I'm a little geeky, nerdy, quirky myself, I felt so at home with these two. We obviously began our conversations prior to booking with talks about board games and how they met. It was clear from day one that they were meant for each other, even with each of their nuanced personality traits, this sweet girl and this honorable adventure seeking man love each other as if they loved each other for decades.

Mike and Adrian's Hartford CT Engagement
Mike and Adrian is not your typical couple, actually a lot of people might not even see the depth of their relationship because of the polar opposite nature of the two of them. Mike is boisterous and charismatic, Adrian is Analytical and quiet both of them are considerate and comforting to their guests, Says a lot about them coming together to do something bigger than either of them separately. I got to visit them out in Hartford and they seem to be enjoying the new adventure together!

Nikki and Reilly's Peebles Island Engagement
NEW Weddings are coming and I'm SO Excited! We're starting off the new Wedding Season with Nikki + Reilly's Engagement. They are so involved with their respective parts of the community and they always make time to leave cute messages, small gestures with big impact and never fail to say "I Love You" and mean it. I don't think their willingness to listen, compromise, and problem solve can be matched.

Kristen and Rick's Auburn NY Engagement
My friend's Rick and Kristen are getting married in a super cute town of Auburn NY. If you haven't been here to just hang out, I'd highly recommend it! It was a windy and breezy morning, but once we all warmed up it felt all natural, mostly because I encouraged them to be their silly selves with each other.

Matt And Sarah's Saratoga NY Anniversary Session
Matt and Sarah have been married for 2 years now and we scheduled the session on Sarah's Birthday so to for two! These two were my first ever clients who ended up getting married in Florida. Dad Jokes and Book talks kept the day very interesting and fun filled. I wanted to give them something to commemorate their celebrations and as a Thank you for pushing me along!

Alisha and Carl's Thatcher Park Engagement
Alisha and Carl are getting married in October! I LOVE colors so it was only appropriate to do an engagement session full of colors! Carl is easy going and Alisha's got some spunk about her. We explored thatcher and had a blast before the sun started setting.
